To Debbie and the team at In-Touch:
I have been involved in the IT industry on the Gold Coast for a period of 7 years. In that time I have
found that the industry has evolved, not necessarily for the better in many cases. I constantly find
myself dealing with people that make huge promises and often fail to deliver, or they offer a range
of services that are either un-necessary or highlight problems which don’t have any affect on the
business at all. And then there is a shining light amongst all the black…the team at In-Touch.
The efforts from the In-Touch staff far and away exceed the expectations I have when it comes to
customer service. The new approach to job allocation has produced a single point of contact which
has in turn facilitated a more streamlined method of getting assistance to our office when it is
required. This is critical to a business that relies on its IT infrastructure to operate.
Aaron is not just a “customer service machine” but one of the best trouble-shooters I have ever
worked with. His dedication to completing the work can never be brought into question. Nothing is
ever a problem to Aaron and he always goes over and above what is required to say the job is
done. I recently had Aaron onsite, on a Saturday, to configure some equipment which was done in
great time with a perfect result, and no downtime to my office.
Too often these days’ people are quick to complain if a job is not carried out to their expectations,
yet when a task is completed satisfactorily you never hear from them to say thanks. I am not one of
these people; I feel that there is a need for recognition of a job very well done in this case, so from
the IT Department at EBCM we say a big thank you for the efforts of the entire In-Touch Team.
