Who we are

In Touch Corporate Solutions was started in 1999 to fill a niche in the hospitality industry for IT support and network design skills for resorts and hotel chains.

Over the past 10 years In Touch Corporate Solutions has assisted some of these clients to grow and develop their own in-house IT staff and in some cases, complete IT departments.

In November 2006, the business changed ownership and a new era began with a fresh focus towards providing a higher level of customer service to all businesses.

In Touch Corporate Solutions is located in Oxenford, close to many of our clients although our primary client-base extends from the Sunshine Coast north of Brisbane, south to Ballina and Byron Bay. We also have clients in Cairns, Port Douglas, Newcastle, Melbourne, Perth, regional Australia and occasionally provide support to clients with a presence in the Middle East.






Our skills

In Touch Corporate Solutions' main focus is on small to medium business and our areas of expertise include all aspects of Windows integration as it applies to business. From network design and implementation, Windows platform design and implementation, deployment of new IT equipment (including servers, computers, monitors, printers, wireless access points), backup solutions to onsite and remote support for our clients. We are able to provide 24 x 7 telephone and onsite support when requested.

Our staff include a Technical Services Manager (TSM), sales and support people, and technicians. We retain contractors for situations where our clients require assistance outside of our capacity to provide it in a timely and efficient manner.






Our staff experiences

Together, our permanent staff collectively have over 40 years of experience in the IT industry and today we find that experience most beneficial to our clients. Experience teaches you things not readily learned like customer empathy and customer service.

Marketing

Businesses should have a minimum of 10 marketing methods in place at the same time and we aim to do the same. We are always looking for opportunities to market our business and have found many ways to do so. From BNI membership, vehicle signage, industry newsletter articles and other relatively common marketing avenues, to some like rewarding those customers who refer new business to us.

We have employed the services of Wez Hone from Action International as our Business Coach and Mentor to help, advise and guide us through the business minefield and we appreciate everything he does for us.

Marketing experience has come from time spent in both small business and global business and there has always been plenty of scope to learn new ways.

Technical Services Manager

Our Technical Services Manager (TSM) spent the last 8 years working for an International Travel Organisation in various roles including supporting all head office users, training, onsite support of stores and leading one of several service centre teams. Her skills in planning and scheduling appointments for our customers and also her ability to assist with technical faults when required bring an excellent talent to the business. This team member is now one of the first contact points for our clients during business hours and is a friendly, welcoming and understanding voice at the end of the phone when you call.






Technicians

Our technicians have collectively 40+ years of industry experience.

Some of t his experience was gained from working through the sales, technical, logistics, software licensing and support areas. It includes almost 8 years working for an International Travel Organisation in various roles including supporting all head office users, implementing several head office PABX systems, implementing national rollouts of various computer hardware, global licensing and network communications. In addition to this experience is experience controlling logistics nationally.

Another technician's area of expertise was gained working as a Senior Server Technician at HP.
This experience has given us important skills in the area of Microsoft Best Practices and Windows Server Certifications.






HelpDesk / Technical Support

Although it is possible that anyone with a computer can appear capable of supporting business users, we actually believe that experience and training give the best possible results.

All of our Technicians have some form of formal training be it Microsoft, CISCO, A+, TAFE or University Certification. We believe that these levels of training provide the level of knowledge and experience required and desired by businesses.

We have a range of HelpDesk and telephone support skills and look forward to being of service to you in the near future.
